1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Card Club, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Subscriptions require ability to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Display names must not impersonate others, contain hate speech, or violate any law.
4. Virtual currency (coins)
Coins are an in-app virtual currency with no monetary value. Coins cannot be transferred, sold, refunded, or redeemed for cash or anything outside the Card Club service. We reserve the right to adjust earning rates, prices, and balances at our discretion.
5. Cosmetic purchases
Cosmetic items (felts, card decks) purchased with coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and stay attached to your account.
6. Pro subscription
- Pro is available at $2.99 USD per month (billed monthly) or $28.99 USD per year (billed annually — equivalent to over two months free). Either plan renews automatically until cancelled.
- Pro benefits: 2× coin earnings on daily login and per-game outcomes, and a Pro badge on your profile.
- Manage or cancel through the in-app subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro benefits until then.
- Stripe processes all payments; we do not store card numbers.
7. Acceptable use
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, collude with other players, scrape, or attempt to gain unfair coin advantage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “AS IS” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent allowed by law.
10. Changes
We will update the “Last updated” date when we change these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws.
